I am a full time Piano and Guitar Instructor with a music degree who is also a working musician (writing, recording and performing). I offer lessons in your home and I have 25 years experience teaching all ages, levels and styles of music. In that time, I have developed a unique approach that enables my students to understand and play anything they want to play, and not just to play songs by rote memorization or by copying the teacher. I focus on a personal approach, and customize my teaching methods to suit each individual student. I teach students of all ages, skill levels and styles. Joe Pace is a fantastic guitar teacher. I am an adult learner and when I first started working with Joe, I was feeling pretty demoralized regarding my lack of formal musical education. Joe was very encouraging and positive and he reminded me of the strengths that I do have. We started from scratch regarding music and guitar theory and education and my confidence began to build.
